Brad Pitt tops our list. Brad Pitt was charged with indecent exposure in 1988 for an incident in which the actor allegedly mooned drivers on the Pacific Coast Highway. Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee was hit with an indecent exposure charge after he dropped his pants while taking a bow at a 1990 concert.
